Where we ship
Mekanakana ships globally. Available shipping options and their costs are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Processing time
Many Mekanakana products are made or finished by hand. The time needed to prepare an order for shipment is approximately 5 to 10 business days. Custom or personalized orders may take longer; we will provide or confirm their expected timeline which will be discussed with you during the consultation and estimate. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery estimates
After dispatch, estimated delivery times within Canada will typically arrive in 1–10 business days, international delivery may be 4 to 12 weeks depending on the destination. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, unless we expressly agree to a specific date. We’ll contact you if we become aware of a significant delay.

International duties and taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and carrier customs-handling fees may apply. If they are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for paying them when requested by the carrier or customs authority. Any amounts collected at checkout will be shown before payment.

Shipping updates and problems
If requested we will provide sending a shipping confirmation or tracking information when your order is dispatched. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@mekanakana.com with your order number so we can help resolve it. Your rights under applicable consumer law still apply.
