How It’s Made

Each ornament is laser cut and engraved from maple wood, then painted by hand in our Burlington workshop. A scannable QR code connects your festive little decoration to NORAD’s Santa Tracker—giving “Is he here yet?” a much more useful answer than “Go ask your dad.”
About the Material

Maple gives each ornament a warm, natural foundation, with grain and colour that can vary from piece to piece. Small differences in the hand-painted details add to its character, making each one a little individual member of your Christmas crew.
What’s Included

One finished Santa Tracker ornament in your selected design, with ribbon or twine for hanging. You supply the tree and the excited little people.
Care & Maintenance

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth and keep your ornament dry. Avoid scrubbing the painted details or engraved QR code. After Christmas, wrap it before storing it somewhere dry so it’s ready for next year’s Santa surveillance.
A Few More Things

Scan the QR code with a compatible phone or tablet camera, then open the link to NORAD’s Santa Tracker website. An internet connection is required. Santa’s journey is tracked on Christmas Eve—but the site is live on December 1ˢᵗ, until then, he’s keeping his itinerary under wraps.

We make, finish and pack your order in Burlington, Ontario. Please allow up to 5 business days before it ships. Custom and personalized pieces may take longer—we’ll discuss the timing before work begins.
Once shipped, estimated delivery is 4–10 business days within Canada and 7–20 business days internationally. These are estimates; postal services occasionally have their own creative interpretation of a schedule. International duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
