How It’s Made

We laser cut and engrave each ornament from maple wood, then paint it by hand in our Burlington workshop. The lettering comes from a laser. The colour comes from us. Responsibility for explaining the joke to your relatives falls entirely to you.
About the Material

Maple brings a warm, natural backdrop to the artwork, with grain and colour that can vary from piece to piece. Hand painting adds its own small differences, giving each ornament a little individuality—even when they share the same questionable sense of humour.
What’s Included

Ribbon or twine for hanging, depending on the design. You supply the tree.
Care & Maintenance

Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth and keep your ornament dry. When the festivities are over, wrap it before storing it somewhere dry to help protect the painted finish. Ideally somewhere you’ll remember next December.
Shipping & Returns

We make, finish and pack your order in Burlington, Ontario. Please allow up to 5 business days before it ships. Custom and personalized pieces may take longer—we’ll discuss the timing before work begins.
Once shipped, estimated delivery is 4–10 business days within Canada and 7–20 business days internationally. These are estimates; postal services occasionally have their own creative interpretation of a schedule. International duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Changed your mind? Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with return shipping at your expense. Custom and personalized items, Pop-Out Kits, and sale or clearance items are final sale.
